1-a All sales made by FAURIE, S.L. are subject to the following terms to which purchaser agrees unconditionally when he or she uses the web site. If the user of this web site disagrees with these terms we ask him or her not to use our services.
1-b The General Sales Terms include information regarding placing orders, terms of payment and our product return policy.
1-c The purchaser may view these terms at any time, simply by clicking on the link entitled “General Terms of Sale”. As a result, when a purchaser places an order to FAURIE, S.L. (Andorraparfums) will imply that he or she has unconditionally and irrevocably agreed with all terms listed hereafter.
2. Options for Placing an Order
Orders on this web site will only be processed when the web site user has correctly and completely filled-out all necessary information on the pages of this web site.
2-a The purchaser has the following payment options for his or her order with FAURIE, S.L. (Andorraparfums):
By credit or debit card directly on the web site, by filling-out the order form and then paying using a secure transaction.
By credit or debit card by filling-out the order form, printing it from the Andorraparfums website and sending the completed form by fax or mail. Faxes should be sent to the following number: 00 376 866 922. E-mails can be sent to the following address:

By check payable to FAURIE, S.L. by filling-out the order form on-line, printing it and then sending it to the following address:

ANDORRA. Please be aware that paying by check adds 12 days to the processing of orders because the order can only be validated after the payment has been processed and approved.
By telephone at the following number: 00 376 866 922 by mentioning the type, number and unit price of all products ordered, and by giving the operator the necessary credit or debit card information in order to process the payment of the total price of the order.
2-b Orders placed using one of the above-mentioned options irrevocably commit the purchaser to the order placed.
2-c FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) advises customers ordering directly on-line to save or print a copy of the completed order-form. For all orders accompanied by an e-mail, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order.
2-d A copy of each invoice is automatically generated. A customer can ask that FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) send a printed copy of the invoice.
2-e In certain cases one or more items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will inform the customer by e-mail regarding the period during which the ordered product or products will be unavailable. The purchaser will then have the option of writing to FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) at order@andorraparfums.com mentioning his or her full name, address, and order number in order to proceed with reimbursement of the unavailable item or items, or to wait for the ordered product or products to become available.
Please note that the purchaser agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) reserves the right to interrupt or cancel a customer’s personal account, or to immediately and permanently deny him or her access to any or all parts of the web-site if the customer gives false, incomplete or out-dated personal information.
3. Product Information
3-a FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) presents products for sale and a description of each of these products on its web site. However, the presented product descriptions may be incomplete or may not correspond to the expectations of the user. Nevertheless, the user can send an e-mail to info@andorrraparfums.com in order to ask for additional information with regard to the presented products before ordering them.
FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the incorrect use of a product or from the inappropriate storage of a product because the purchaser would therefore not have followed the instructions in the user’s guide.
3-b The photos and graphics of products shown on the FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) web site are not contractual representations of the actual products. They are examples and under no circumstances can FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) be held responsible for differences or can a customer cancel an order placed or a sale made because of discrepancies.
3-c FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) describes the items available with the utmost accuracy. Nevertheless, if there is an error with regard to a product description, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) cannot be held responsible.
3-d The offers presented by FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) are only valid while supplies last.
3-e The choice of products and the purchase of products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Prices
4-a The product prices listed include all taxes and are in euros on the web site in three languages.
4-b prices are subject to change:
-when orders are processed
-when FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) receives an order by fax
-when orders are placed by telephone
The total price is to be paid in one payment when the order is taken. All orders are billed and payable only in euros.
The purchaser will always be informed of delivery fees related to the product ordered before the order is officially processed. The purchaser will be asked to pay the total amount including the total product price and shipping and handling fees, which include various fees related to transport.
5. Product ownership
The purchaser becomes the owner of the ordered products as soon as FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) receives the paid amount by credit or debit card, or by check, which corresponds to the total price.
6. Payment policy
6-a Products purchased from FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) can only be paid when the order is placed. No product can be made available to the purchaser if he or she has not paid the total price, all taxes included.
6-b FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) reserves the right to suspend processing of an order if officially recognized organizations refuse authorization of credit or debit card payment, or if payment is not made.
6-c An amount paid before purchasing cannot be considered a deposit.
7. Delivery
FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will send your order directly to the delivery address indicated when your order is placed. FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) reserves the right to choose a delivery service without changing the expected delivery time.
Transportation fees are automatically calculated when you place an order and are included in the total price indicated on your invoice.
Expect to wait about ten days between the processing of your order and the delivery of the products, wherever the delivery may be made. Be aware that FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) does not consider this to be a contractual agreement but an example of expected delivery time.
For all orders totalling more than 110 euros, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) offers free delivery for all delivery addresses in mainland France and Spain.
8. Defective products
If a purchaser receives defective or unwanted goods, he or she must contact FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) by e-mail at the following address: order@andorraparfums.com within one business day of the delivery of these goods. We ask that the purchaser specify the defect or the difference in goods with contrast to the items ordered (for example, quantity, size etc.). FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will then reply by e-mail to authorize the purchaser to send the defective or unwanted goods back to be replaced free of charge. The purchaser cannot send the products back without this written authorization from FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums).
9. General Cancellation Policy
9-a Products purchased on the FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) web site may be exchanged or reimbursed within 7 days of delivery.
9-b However, the following products are excluded from this policy:
Any product returned to FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) which has been used, opened or unwrapped, either partially or completely.
9-c Any customer who wishes to return a product must first inform FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) within 7 business days of delivery by sending us precise product information (brand, total price, reference number quantity).
This information may only be sent by e-mail for those who placed orders on the web-site at the following address: order@andorraparfums.com.
For those who ordered by fax, they must send the information by fax to the following number: 00 376 866 922
For those who ordered by telephone, a registered letter with delivery notice must be sent to the following address:

Once this information is received, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will assign a return number to the product, which will be sent to the customer by e-mail. This return number will allow the purchaser to return the product to our company.
Any reimbursement request received by FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) after this 7-day legal limit will be refused and the product in question cannot therefore be partially or completely reimbursed.
9-d Any product returned by the purchaser without first being assigned a return number cannot be accepted for reimbursement.
9-e Upon receiving a returned product, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will send a confirmation e-mail, fax or letter to the purchaser. This confirmation will clearly state:
if the product was received as requested for reimbursement (complete product, packaged and appropriate for resale).
Or, if the product is damaged, incomplete, or if the packaging is damaged, FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) cannot reimburse the order, even partially, and will inform the customer.
9-f The reimbursement will be processed within 30 days after the letter of confirmation of the returned goods is sent to the customer.
10. Personal Information
All FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) customers have access rights to their personal information and the right to correct the information recorded by FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums).
11. Legal Compliance
The user agrees that all legal action taken against FAURIE, S.L (Andorraparfums) will be subject to Andorran legislation. Any case of litigation with regard to these terms of sale is exclusively subject to the Andorran judicial system.
